e-Statements
Enjoy the convenience of receiving e-Statements. It is an electronic version of your statement that you can view and print right from your computer.
- Cuts down on waiting time. Your e-Statement is available almost a week earlier than your paper statement
- Prevents any possibility of interception of your statements through postal mail
- Enhanced privacy and security as access to your e-Statements is through a username and password that you choose
- You can view them, save them or print them - whenever you need
Three easy steps to enroll in e-Statements
Registration for our e-Statement service is a breeze! Simply login to your account via Online Business Banking and click on the e-Statements button.
1. Click on the register button.
2. Fill in the following infomation:

Name
-
Email address (this may pre-fill if you already have an email address associated with your Online Business Banking account)

Social Security number
-
Date of birth
-
Member number (make sure you enter your account information identically to what is currently printed on you paper statement)
3. Select a user ID and password. This is necessary to "tie" your e-Statement account to your Online Business Banking account to allow for a single sign-on process.
That was easy! Your e-Statements will be available to view through Online Business Banking starting with the next statement cycle.

Online Check Imaging
Did you know you can view, print and save electronic images of the checks you write? It's simpe:
- Login to Online Banking.
- Click the Full History link of the account.
- Click the check link next to the cleared check listing to view the front image of the check. Click the link below that image to view the back of the check.
Checks cleared prior to October 25 may still appear in your e-Statements in Online Banking. Here's how you can access electronic check images from your e-Statement:

Access your e-Statement through Online Business Banking by clicking the e-Statements tab. Click on the e-Statement that lists the check you want to view.

Under the account you wrote the check from, you should see a linked check number below the "No." header. Click the linked check number. (It will be highlighted blue.)

A pop-up screen displaying both the front and back of the check should be shown. (It may be necessary to disable any pop-up blocking software you may have running on your computer, including those run through the Yahoo! and Google toolbars.)

To print the check image, click the "Print This Page" button above the image. To save the check image, right-click it and select "Save Picture As..." Do this for the front and back of the check to save both sides of the check. (This will only work for Windows Compatible computers. Mac owners, please refer to your operating system instructions for saving images.)

Shared Branching - Account access at more than 4,100 locations nationwide

If you're a member who travels or does not live or work near a Connex Credit Union branch, you'll be pleased to know that you now have access to your Connex accounts at 37 Connecticut shared branching locations and more than 4,100 locations across the U.S. through our membership in the Credit Union Service Center (CUSC) Network.
Wherever you see the CUSC logo, you can perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Your transactions are made real time to your business accont.
To take advantage of this service, when you enter a shared branch you only need to bring:

Valid government-issued photo identification, i.e., State Driver's license, US Passport
