e-Statements
Got a pile of paper statements to clear? Jump on it with e-Statements.
Save yourself a trip to the mailbox with Connex e-Statements:
- Access a year's worth of statements at the click of a mouse
- e-Statements are completely secure and for your eyes only – 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- No fumbling through desk drawers trying to get yoru statements in order
And e-Statements are just like the paper kind (except withouth the creases.) Best of all, they're free!
Here's all you do:
- If you don't currently use Online Banking, click here to log in using your member/account number and the last four digits of the Social Security Number associated with your account as the password. If you currently use Call24 but don't use Online Banking, you'll use your Call24 PIN as your password to access Online Banking for the first time.
- If you already Unbank online, simply log into Online Banking.
- Click the "e-Statements" button.
That was easy! Your first e-Statement will be available to view through Online Banking starting within the next statement cycle.

Online Check Imaging
Did you know you can view, print and save electronic images of the checks you write? It's simple:
- Login to Online Banking.
- Click the Full History link of the account.
- Click the check link next to the cleared check listing to view the front of the image of the check. Click the link below that image to view the back image of the check.
Checks cleared prior to October 25, 2010 may still appear in your e-Statements in Online Banking. Here's how you can access electronic check images from your e-Statement:

Access your e-Statement through Online Banking by clicking the e-Statements tab. Click on the e-Statement that lists the check you want to view.

Under the account you wrote the check from , you should see a linked check number below the "No." header. Click the linked check number (it will be highlighted blue.)

A pop-up screen displaying both the front and back of the check should be shown. (It may be necessary to disable any pop-up blocking software you may have running on your computer, including those run through the Yahoo! and Google toolbars.)

To print the check image, click the "Print This Page" button above the image. To save the check image, right-click it and select "Save Picture As..." Do this for the front and back of the check to save both sides of the check. (This will only work for Windows Compatible computers. Mac owners, please refer to your operating system instructions for saving images.)

If you're a member who travels or does not live or work near a Connex Credit Union branch, you'll be pleased to know that you now have access to your Connex accounts at 37 Connecticut shared branching locations and more than 4,100 locations across the U.S. through our membership in the Credit Union Service Center (CUSC) Network.
Wherever you see the CUSC swirl you can perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals and loan payments. Your transactions are real time and live.
To take advantage of this service, when you enter a shared branch you only need to bring:

Direct Deposit
With Direct Deposit Your Money Arrives Before You Do!
- It's Safe - Direct Deposit is safer than a paycheck because your pay is automatically deposited into your Connex account. You will still get a paystub documenting your gross and net pay, along with your withholding and other deductions.
- It's Faster - You can be sure your pay is deposited into your account sooner than having to physically deposit your check.
- It's Convenient - Direct Deposit ensures your pay will be in your account, immediately available for your needs.
If your employer offers Direct Deposit, your Human Resources department can provide you with a simple form to complete. Once enrolled, it will take just a few weeks for your first paycheck to process through Direct Deposit.

Electronic Tax Refunds
If you opt to receive your tax refund electronically, we'd like to remind you to include the proper suffix with your credit union account number when completing your tax return:
Example: Your credit union account number is 123456
- To have your refund deposited to your savings account, enter 12345600
- To have your refund deposited to your checking account, enter 12345620
This will help to expedite credit of your tax refund.
VISA Debit Card
The VISA Debit Card, FREE from Connex, can save you time and enhance convenience! Your VISA Debit Card is accepted at millions of locations worldwide!

Use it like a check for purchases (automatically deducted from your checking account) or an ATM Card to withdraw cash from your savings or checking.
Each month you get a statement of the checks you've written, your ATM transactions, and your VISA Debit Card transactions.

- Purchases will take 2 to 3 days to deduct from your checking account -funds are held immediately for the amount of the purchase and are therefore not available to you.
- Your VISA Debit Card can only be used up to the limit of the available funds in your checking account. However, as a safeguard against fraud or stolen card usage, daily spending limits are set on the VISA Debit Card.
