What is an e-Statement?
An e-Statement is an electronic version of your statement that you can view and print right from your computer.
Why is an e-Statement better than a paper statement?
- Cuts down on waiting time - available almost a week earlier than your paper statement.
- Prevents any possibile interception of your statements through postal mail
- Enhances privacy and security with e-Statement access using your online banking login credential with Multi-Factor Authentication
- Use e-Statements however you like - view them, save them or print them.
How Do I sign up for e-Statements?
You can enroll in e-Statement from the comfort of your home computer, or stop by a branch and we will enroll you. Log into Online Banking and click on the eStatements button. You will need to click on the register button and then follow the instructions on the screen.
Do I need to enroll in Online Banking in order to receive an e-Statement?
Yes. You need to register for Online Banking in order to access your e-Statements. To test drive our Online Banking service click here to view a demo and experience the many features we offer.
When will I receive my e-Statement?
No more waiting on your paper statement to arrive in the mail! e-Statements arrive 3-4 days sooner than paper statements. Each month you will be notified by email that your e-statement is ready to be viewed approximately 2-3 business days after the end of the month. That's almost a week earlier that if you received your statement in the mail!
Your first e-Statement will be available for viewing the next statement cycle after registration is completed. (The next month if you receive monthly statements or next quarter if you receive quarterly statements).
Will I continue to receive a paper statement?
No. Once you have registered for e-Statements you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail. Use e-Statements however you like - print out a copy from your home computer or choose to archive a copy to your computer's hard drive.
Will my e-statement look the same as my paper statement?
Yes. Your e-statement looks exactly like your paper statement.
Can I save my e-Statement for future reference?
Yes. There is a download utility that will allow you to save your statement to your hard drive.
How long will my e-Statement be available for viewing?
e-Statements will generally remain available for viewing for 12 months after they have been posted.
Do I need any special software to use the e-Statement service?
If you have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ on your computer, you're all set. Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer in order for your computer to download, display or print your statement.
I got an error message while trying to view an e-Statement. It say "There was an error processing a page. A font contatins a bad CMap/Encoding." What does this mean?
You are using an old version Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ and need to upgrade to verion 4 or higher. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older version of Acrobat® Reader™ prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done you should be able to view your e-Statements with no problems.
What do I do if I'm having trouble viewing my e-Statement?
Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads, and or system enhancements (Yahoo toolbar / Google toolbar) can affect your PC's ability to connect with secure sites, including e-Statements.
We recommend trying the following steps:
- Verify that you are current on all Windows Updates. From the start menu, click on Windows Update, and download recommended updates and patches. then shut down and restart computer.
- Uninstall and reinstall Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™
- Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser.
Some pop-up blocker and firewall programs may prevent access to e-Statements. If you utilize the types of applications, you may need to disable certain features of the programs in order to access your e-Statements.
