1HOME EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT – New Home Equity Lines of Credit with an introductory Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 3.99% are available as of 6/1/19. The introductory rate of 3.99% is for 12 billing cycles from the funding date. After that, a variable rate based on an Index minus 0.25% will be used. The Index is the highest United States Prime Rate as published in the Eastern Edition of The Wall Street Journal on the last business day before the start of each month’s billing cycle. As of 6/1/19, the Prime Rate was 5.50%. The APR cannot fall below the minimum of 3.00% nor exceed a maximum of 18.00%. Obtain credit advances for 10 years (Draw Period), make interest only payments or principal and interest payments during this period, then repay the remaining balance over the next 10 years (Repayment Period). Principal balance will not decrease if interest-only payments are made. The maximum combined loan-to-value ratio (existing mortgage loan balances plus Home Equity Credit Line limit) is 80% of appraised value. The minimum line of credit amount is $10,000 and up to a maximum of $300,000. The minimum credit advance that you can make is $500. Third party fees may need to be reimbursed if the loan is closed within the first 24 months.
2HOME EQUITY LOAN – APR = Annual Percentage Rate. A loan amount of $100,000 and greater has a 3.49% APR and is representative of a 10-year term home equity loan in first lien position with no points, and up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV). A loan amount of less than $100,000 has a 3.74% APR and is representative of a 10-year term home equity loan in first lien position with no points, and up to 80% LTV. PAYMENT EXAMPLE: A 10 year loan at an APR of 3.49% would have 120 months principal and interest payments of $9.88 per $1,000. A 10 year loan at an APR of 3.74%, would have 12 months principal and interest payments of $10.00 per $1,000 borrowed. A loan amount of $100,000 and greater has a 3.74% APR and is representative of a 15-year term home equity loan in first lien position with no points, and up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV). A loan amount of less than $100,000 has a 3.99% APR and is representative of a 15-year term home equity loan in first lien position with no points, and up to 80% LTV. PAYMENT EXAMPLE: A 15 year loan at an APR of 3.74% would have 120 months principal and interest payments of $7.27 per $1,000 borrowed. A 15 year loan at an APR of 3.99%, would have 12 months principal and interest payments of $7.39 per $1,000 borrowed.

Pay Your Connex Loan With Funds From Another Financial Institution
It's easy to set up Connex loan payments using funds from another financial institution. Simply log into Online Banking and click on the Move Money Button from the top navigational menu then choose Loan Payment and follow the directions on the screen.
You can also use Mobile Banking to may your Connex Loan Payments. Simply log into the app and click on the "more" button. For iPhone users, click on the three dots in the lower right hand corner of the app. For Android users, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the app. Click on the Loan Payment link and then follow the directions on the screen.
Pay In Person
You can also make loan payments in person at one of our branches or any Shared Branching location.
