Skip the trip to the branch! With our mobile app, you can securely deposit checks right from your phone. Just snap a photo, submit, and you’re done, fast, easy, and convenient.
- Sign and write "For Mobile Deposit" on the back of your check
- Enter the amount of your deposit and what account the money should be deposited into
- Snap a picture of the front and back and select "Deposit Check"
Connex does not charge a fee for Mobile Banking. However, third-party message and data rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for data usage and text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and any data usage or text messaging charges that may apply.
A supported mobile device is needed to use the Mobile Banking App. Mobile Deposit is a feature of Connex Mobile Banking. Use of the Mobile Deposit feature requires a supported camera-equipped device, and you must download the Connex mobile banking app. An eligible Connex Credit Union account and Connex Credit Union Online Banking are required.
Mobile check deposits over $200 are subject to a 2-day hold. Connex reserves the right to place a longer hold on a check for further review. You will be notified by mail if a longer hold is required. Ask us for full details or refer to our 'Availability of Other Checks' in your Membership Agreement. Other restrictions may apply.
